Acolytes
Trained to assist the clergy in worhip on all Sundays and feast day services. Acolytes may also assist with weddings and funerals. Adult Choir Widely known for its excellence, the adult choir is under the direction of our Choirmaster, Elizabeth Keen. It meets weekly on Wednesdays at 7:30pm in the Choir Room, except during the summer. The Contact Person is Elizabeth Keen at 904-249-4091. Altar Guild A group of women (men are welcome) that are called to serve God by preparing for all services at our church, working quietly behind the scenes. Work directly for the Priest to help the worship life of the parish run smoothly. Main duties are to prepare the Altar for the Eucharist, clean up after the service, and provide care of Altar Linens and Priest's vestments. Contact person is Nancy Grinstead (904)273-6127. Baptisms Scheduled by the clergy. Contact the church office (904)249-4091. Bell Choir If you are interested in becoming involved with our outstanding bell choir, please contact Judy Kouri at (904)241-7722. Eucharistic Ministers Chosen by the clergy and licensed by the Bishop to administer wine during communion. Contact person is Pat Borno (904)246-9383 Flower Guild Arranges the flowers for each service and provides decorations for Christmas, Palm Sunday, Easter, and other special occasions. Contact person is Julie Anderson, (904)241-3097. Lay Readers Read the lessons, Psalms, and prayers of the people at both services. They are appointed by the clergy and licensed by the Bishop. Contact person is Pat Borno, (904)246-9383. Get the current schedule. Sunday School Our Sunday School teachers help teach the basics of our faith to our pride, our children. This is a ministry that anyone can help us out with. If you feel called to be a Sunday School teacher, please call Anne Wiggins at (904)249-4091. Ushers and Greeters Serve as a welcoming committee and serve at both Sunday services, special services, funerals, and feast days. Contact person is Don Koenig (904)247-0500. Eucharistic Visitors Assist the clergy in taking communion to homebound and hospitalized members; chosen by the clergy and licensed by the Bishop. Contact person is Roger Brodt, (904)221-5638.
